Our SMS program sends notification messages to team leadership when prospect intake forms are submitted, and sends submission confirmation messages to team members who opt in. Messages are transactional and informational in nature. This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and checking the optional consent checkbox on our Warm Market Prospect Intake Form. The consent checkbox is never pre-checked. Providing your phone number and opting in to SMS is not required as a condition of submitting the form or doing business with MMT Financial & Insurance.

Message frequency varies based on team activity. Team members typically receive one confirmation message per form submission. Team leadership receives one notification per form submission.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for details regarding your messaging plan. MMT Financial and Insurance is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

We will never sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS program to any third party.Your mobile phone number, opt-in status, and any data collected through our SMS messaging program will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This policy applies to all mobile information collected through our SMS program without exception.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your request. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
